We are reintroducing our Brunch Taster menu from Wednesday the 15th to the 18th of October only and bookings are now OPEN!
Our extended Menu will then launch fully From the 22nd of October onwards. Bookings for this period are now open too.

Taking a quick break from work to swing by Hard Lines 🤗🤎 What’s not to love about these guys? From our first meeting a few years back, we knew we needed to partner with them. Their coffee is spot on, and they operate their business with genuine pride, grace, and integrity.

This coffee journey was far from a random idea; it’s a passion project that’s been 20 years in the making. My dream has stemmed from time spent working in some of the coolest coffee spots around the globe (and a few not-so-great ones too 🤣). From these experiences, I’ve gained the skills and resilience required to navigate this exciting but unpredictable industry. 😅

The team at Hardlines truly gets it—they’re always there with support, insights, and a helping hand when challenges come up. And let me tell you, this business isn’t for the faint-hearted, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything! 🤎

Exciting news…. Our long-awaited, highly anticipated brunch menu at Coco’s Coffee & Kitchen has finally arrived for our soft launch week!

Join us from this Wednesday, October the 1st to Saturday, October the 4th, with bookings open from 9:30 AM to 2 PM.

After that, our talented chef will be trading the apron for a beach cocktail or two while we prep for our full kitchen team to join us at Coco’s! 👏🏼

With the grand feast returning (full team in tow and a well rested head chef!) with an extended menu launching on October the 22nd!

Now available exclusively at Merthyr, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our freshly homemade soups crafted by head chef Adam, using seasonal ingredients that change weekly. This week’s delightful pairing features a hearty potato and leek soup served alongside a creamy leek and cheddar focaccia toastie, topped with wild garlic and crispy onions. 🤤
